Equipment Composition And Description
- The equipment is main used for welding, fit up and polishing of the round cylinder in industrial like wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, piping, steel profile, boiler, ship yard, cladding repair etc.
- The equipment mainly consists of drive rotator , idler rotator and electrical control system etc.
- Drive rotator is made up of pedestal, drive device; Idler rotator do not drive device.
- The distance between the rollers is adjustable by bolt (or screw) to fit for different work piece diameter.
- The pedestal and the base of roller are belonging to welded structure. All weld seams are done according to the same grade intensity.
- Drive device are consist of reducer and motor. It is mounted on the roller base separately.
- Speed can be displayed and AC variable controlled by remote pendant.
