Equipment Composition And Description
- The equipment is main used for welding, fit up and polishing of the round cylinder in industrial like wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, piping, steel profile, boiler, ship yard, cladding repair etc.
- The equipment mainly consists of drive rotator , idler rotator and electrical control system etc.
- Drive rotator is made up of pedestal, drive device; Idler rotator do not drive device.
- Adopts worm gear motor driving the four rollers, achieves smooth full-gear transmission.
- The four rollers will swing to different angle to fit for different work piece diameter.
- The pedestal and the base of roller are belonging to welded structure. All weld seams are done according to the same grade intensity.
- Speed can be displayed and AC variable controlled by remote pendant.
- This machine has traveling device, it can move to the ideal welding position.
